CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 10 May 2011, at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Sandy Bayne from Water Management Committee presentation to Conservation Commission
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Adam Sebastian. Applicant proposes sunroom addition at property located at 70 Ellis Road Map 22, Parcel 15.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Meade and Eileen Reynolds. Applicant requests determination of small wetland on property and whether it falls in the Conservation Commission’s jurisdiction at property located at 5 Bridge Pond Drive, Map 13, Parcel 33.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Amy Hackworth. Applicant proposes installation of a new well in existing location of current well at property located at 400 Mary Chase Road, Map 18, Parcel 68.
Continuation on Notice of Intent filed by James McDermott. Applicant proposes rebuilding of beach access stairs at property located at 33 Cranberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 63.
Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Marcella Gumbel. Applicant proposes access for nourishment from the top of a coastal bank at property located at 205 Shurtleff Road, Map 7, Parcel 195.
Continuation on Notice of Intent filed by Richard Westlake. Applicant proposes relocating an existing dwelling landward onto an open-pile foundation on a barrier beach at property located at 65 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 100.
